Robust and durable industrial keyboards
Engineered for industrial environments, our silicone keypads are built to withstand harsh conditions, offering IP65 and IP68 protection ratings. The silicone surface features a special PU coating, enhancing the keyboard's durability and resistance to solvents, chemicals, and environmental factors. The front panel, which forms the keyboard surface alongside the silicone keys, is covered with a protective film that provides additional abrasion resistance, ensuring that the entire keypad can endure over 1 million switching cycles – even in challenging conditions. Laser-marked symbols ensure that key labels remain clear and legible, even after years of heavy use.
Our silicone keyboards are also available with integrated mouse functions, such as a touchpad or trackball. The flexible silicone design allows for both horizontal and vertical installations.
Marine-certified keyboards
Our compact, marine-certified industrial keyboards are designed for environments where space is limited but functionality and durability are essential. With a key stroke of 1.5 mm and an actuation force of 0.6 N, these keyboards offer excellent tactile feedback for comfortable use.
The keyboard features a sealed silicone mat on the front and a robust stainless steel backplate, providing high protection for the electronic components, guides, and contacts against dust and water ingress (up to IP68 protection). This makes them ideal for use in industries such as food processing, and in humid environments or locations with extreme temperature fluctuations, ranging from -30°C to 60°C.
Each key is individually backlit with its own LED, ensuring the symbols remain perfectly visible even in low light or at night. The backlighting can be dimmed via two integrated buttons, allowing the user to adjust brightness according to the surrounding lighting conditions.
Certified to meet IEC 60945 marine standards, these keyboards are built to withstand the demanding conditions of the maritime industry, including vibrations, extreme temperatures, and exposure to salty air.
