With the DS1T product series, Printec-DS brings industrial backlit single switches onto the market designed to expand existing systems and quickly implement customer-specific developments in a cost-effective manner. Thanks to the universal design of the switches different technologies can be combined in the smallest of spaces.
The new industrial switch series from Printec-DS offers complete design freedom for customer-specific control elements, while keeping development costs low. Various input technologies can be freely combined and integrated behind a single closed operating front. This flexibility allows a wide range of functional and design ideas to be realized easily and in a short time.
Single switches are also ideal for upgrading and modernizing existing input systems in any industry. Thanks to the integrated circuit board, each button is fully functional and can be subsequently integrated behind a front panel, a front glass or in a housing at any free position.
DS1T product range – industrial switches with impressive technology
The DS1T product range features three variants of industrial switches, all with the same external dimensions of 36 x 36 mm. Each offers a minimum protection rating of IP65 and maximum technological flexibility through different switching mechanisms. It includes a classic single pushbutton, a pushbutton with a double, tactile switching function, and a capacitive switch. All three variants feature a backlit ring and are optionally available with a separately backlit button symbol. The RGB LED backlighting and customer-specific symbols enable individualized designs, even in small quantities.
The capacitive single switches can be easily installed by gluing it behind a plastic or glass front panel. The mechanical variants are equally simple to integrate behind front panels or in housing.
Backlit single switch and capacitive single switch – precision and ultra-modern design
The DS1T product series of backlit single and capacitive industrial switches is not only robust and precise, making them suitable for a variety of industrial applications, but also easy to integrate into existing systems. These single swithes are ideal for the modular design of new operating panels. With separately controllable RGB LEDs for both the button symbol backlighting and the outer ring, the single and capacitive switches provide clear visual feedback while setting modern design accents in your application.
Double action switch for industrial applications – perfect tactility on two levels
Printec-DS double action switches deliver unparalleled precision and tactile feedback through two distinct pressure points. These can be used for two different commands, such as selecting an action with the first pressure point and confirming it with the second, or for controlling movements at varying speeds. Since the finger remains on the button for both switches, operating comfort and execution accuracy are greatly improved.
